Overview:
The Autoresponder feature in SMSWiser enables automated SMS responses based on specific trigger events. This powerful tool ensures timely and relevant communication with your leads, enhancing engagement and improving campaign effectiveness. Autoresponders work by automatically sending SMS messages to leads added to a designated list when triggered by predefined events.
Trigger Events:
Autoresponders can be triggered by the following events:
- Incoming Click: When a lead clicks on a link in an SMS message.
- Incoming Conversion: When a lead completes a conversion event.
- HLR / Carrier Status Update: When there is a status update from the Home Location Register (HLR) or carrier.
How It Works:
Once a lead is added to a list that is used by one of the autoresponders and triggered by one of the specified events, the system will automatically send an SMS to that lead. In essence, an autoresponder acts as a drop that sends SMS messages based on these triggers.
