List Management: Overall Lists’ Parameters and Retargeting

On SMSWiser, clients can use various parameters to filter and manage their lists:

1. Demographic:

  • Minimum Age or Maximum Age
  • Email
  • HLR Status
  • Gender
  • Carrier
  • Device
  • Lead Types (Uniques, Duplicates, Unsubscribed, Landlines)

2. Geographic:

  • Country
  • States
  • Cities
  • Zipcodes
  • Timezone

3. Sources:

  • Offer Name
  • Source IDs
  • Affiliate IDs
  • Sub-Affiliate IDs
  • Timestamp Period
  • Added Period

4. Stats:

  • Clicked Period
  • Clicked Campaigns
  • Conversion Campaigns
  • Conversion Offers
  • Received SMS Campaigns
  • Received SMS Drops

Retargeting:

Retargeting allows clients to reach out to leads that have previously engaged with their campaigns. This includes leads that have clicked, converted, or received a campaign or drop before.

How Retargeting Parameters Work:

Clicked Campaigns:

  • Empty: All leads that didn’t click on a campaign.
  • Not Empty: All leads that clicked on a campaign.
  • Include: Select a campaign that the lead clicked on.
  • Exclude: Select a campaign where leads didn’t click.

Received Campaigns/Drops:

The logic is the same as above but for received messages.

  • Empty: All leads that didn’t receive a campaign.
  • Not Empty: All leads that received a campaign.
  • Include: Select a campaign that the lead received.
  • Exclude: Select a campaign that the lead didn’t receive.

Filtering Logic:

Clients can use any combination of available filters, but it’s important to remember that there’s an AND (&&) relationship between the fields. This means that only leads that match every set criterion will be included in the list.

Importance of Retargeting:

Retargeting is crucial because it focuses on leads that have already shown interest or engagement. By targeting these leads, you can:

  • Increase Engagement: Reach out to an audience that is more likely to respond.
  • Improve Conversion Rates: Target leads that have previously interacted with your campaigns.
  • Maximise ROI: Focus your efforts on leads that have a higher potential for conversion, making your marketing spend more effective.
